Return & Refund Policy – BOSA

Thank you for shopping with BOSA.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or manuals (if applicable).
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items returned without prior authorization or outside the return window will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., grooming tools, cosmetics).
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale products.
  • Perishable or consumable goods.
  • Pet items that have been used or unsealed.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@bosa.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return was due to an error on our part.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider before contacting us.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@bosa.ca and include pictures of the issue.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Include photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund as quickly as possible.
