At BOSA, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review the information below to understand how we process, ship, and handle orders.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-4 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address.

During high-volume periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

  • Canada : 3-7 days
  • USA: 8-14 days
  • 🌍 Other Countries: 10–15 days

Every product at BOSA is an exclusive and uniquely crafted design that is difficult to find anywhere else.

We produce each item in limited quantities to maintain premium quality, which means actual demand often exceeds the amount available for immediate fulfillment.

Before shipment, all products undergo an additional 8-step quality inspection process to ensure they reach customers in the best possible condition with minimal defects.

Bosa constantly strives to ensure you have the best experience and receive products of the highest quality

Please note that carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or holidays. International shipments may also encounter customs inspections, which can extend delivery times beyond the estimates provided.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your information. If we receive no response, BOSA reserves the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us at info@bosastore.ca within 24 hours. We will do our best to make adjustments, but changes are not guaranteed after this timeframe.


Delayed Delivery

At Bosa, we understand how important timely delivery is. While we aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, certain factors outside our control may cause delays, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier transportation disruptions

  • Unexpected processing issues

  • Product availability problems

  • Payment or address verification delays

If any issue arises that may delay your order, we will notify you promptly.
Please note that BOSA is not liable for delays caused by external factors or courier complications.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed over to our courier partners, responsibility for the package's handling lies with the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Contact us at info@bosastore.ca, and we will assist you.

  2. File a claim directly with the courier, as they may require additional documentation.

  3. We will also follow up with the courier to help resolve the issue.

Please note that BOSA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and such cases fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

In rare cases, the courier may locate and deliver the package. If not, we may recommend filing a police report.
